Seoul Royal Palace Pavilion

Ink on watercolour paper

A3

Depicted is a two story pavilion found in the royal palace in Seoul originally used for receiving important guests. I was intrigued by the unique grid column layout which is more reminiscent of Islamic or Greek architecture in combination with the classic Korean roof.
